RESULTS NOT UP TO DATE POP UP

After seeing that popup for about the 400th time, I don't think I need to be reminded anymore. Anyway to put a toggle on that window to prevent it from popping up time after time after time after time after time after time after time.... get the idea ? Thanks.

Yes, it's just a temporary measure while Google's index was messed up. Didn't want to just show once since it was important people see it. Since it seems like the issue could be with us for a while though, I'll put something in to make it stop showing after a couple times.
