Direct Results not worked for last 4 days?

Can't find anything on the page that will activate switching to Direct Results format. Each thing that one clicks on to switch to direct results does nothing. When clicking text after Bing attempt I do get a Javascript:void0 show up at the bottom of my screen. not sure that helps. Use the Direct Results often and this is really a PITA cause without it ...... Total Fail and waste of time

Switching to Direct Results seems to be working fine on our end. I've given it a try in multiple browsers with no issues, and we haven't had any other complaints. I'll definitely do my best to help though. Can you tell me exactly what you're clicking to try to switch to Direct Results? Normally the way to switch is by using the toggle switch just above the results. It looks like this:

Have you tried clicking there, where it says "Direct Results", and nothing happens? If so, please try the browser troubleshooting steps listed here: https://support.searchtempest.com/hc/#noload

If you're still having the problem after trying all of those steps, please write back and let me know what web browser you're using, as well as exactly what happens when you click the toggle switch. (Also please confirm that you've tried all the troubleshooting steps, or if you need a hand with any of them.)

Yep that is what I've been hitting along with the one that pops up below Bing after searching with it and getting no results. I'll try your help

Just cleared the particular Cache recommended in help.... no change. Still no go. Cleared it back to "Beginning of time" as well and no change. What happens is NOTHING. Screen just stays the same. There is no action in the indicator that shows the computer is accessing the internet either. Had also shut computer down and restarted in the recent past with no change then either as well.

Just did a reboot of computer and no change. prior to this disconnected ad blocker but this changed nothing as well. Tried it in Incognito and it worked. Copied url from that back to normal chrome and again it does not work.

OK, if it works in incognito mode but not in a regular window, there must be a problem with either 1) your cookies or 2) a browser add-on. To help us check for cookie problems, please follow these steps:

1) Open a regular browser window and go to searchtempest.com
2) Press CTRL-SHIFT-J. (A separate browser section should open with several tabs across the top.)
3) Click on the 'Console' tab.
4) In the console, type 'document.cookie' (without the quotes) and press Enter.

It should spit out a bunch of text. Please copy what it spits out after the document.cookie line and paste it into your reply. Thanks for your help!

Thank you for sending that. The next step is to clear your searchtempest cookies to see if that solves the problem. If so, we will know there's something to do with this cookie block that caused it.

To clear cookies for SearchTempest only, please click this link: http://www.searchtempest.com?reset=1

Then try re-running your search and switching to Direct Results.

Doing as prescribed above...... no change.... still no direct results clicks work.
