Has anyone had a issue with Direct Results mode not working in Internet Explorer 11 after installing the Windows 8.1 update KB2919355 ? Before the update and after uninstalling the update Direct Results mode works great but after the update is installed it will not open up the popup windows. I have tried changing several IE11 settings with no luck. Any help would be appreciated.
Unfortunately I don't have a Windows 8.1 machine to test on. You don't get any notification about a blocked pop-up I assume? Perhaps the update changes the default popup blocker settings to 'always block' or something like that. Just a guess, but you could take a look at the options. Another option would be to use Firefox (or Chrome) for now. (Although not convenient if IE is your main browser, I know.)
