SINGLE LIST MODE NOT WORKING

Can you make it default?
Switching between single and direct does nothing today.
Sometimes it works, sometimes it dont.

I really dont have the time or patience to debug it.

Please just make it default.

As far as I can tell, switching to single list mode is working. I'm confused when you say it works "sometimes". If it's your preference, why not just leave it once it's set? Do you have cookies disabled? That could explain why it's not remembering your setting.

I'll look into the forum error. We should probably just lock these forums though, since other ways of handling feedback and support requests are more convenient at this point. (IE email support and support portal: https://support.searchtempest.com/hc/)
