Search for all posts

Post by The450Man » Mon Dec 17, 2012 7:54 pm

Say I want all the posts of a specific category, how can this be done?

Just leave the keywords (the 'What' field) blank and you should get all posts. To make sure you get every post, including the ones Google hasn't indexed, you may want to use the Direct Results mode. See here for differences between the modes: www.searchtempest.com/faq.php#resultsmodes

I have left the keywords section blank. When I go to search only the titles with blank spaces in the come up, not all of the listings.

If you're using the Combined Results mode, you will get a maximum of 100 results per city. I believe all categories in all cities have more ads than that, so certainly some will be missed. Whether there are spaces in the title (aka the title is more than one word) shouldn't make a difference. Regardless, you should be able to get all results using the Direct Results mode.
