Any progress on Date Range option?

Thanks so much for ST, really makes the life of a bargain hunter easier! Searching the forums, I see many have requested a date range option to eliminate older and repeated postings. Any chance of seeing that for the Direct Results mode this year?

The option already exists for Combined Results mode! Unfortunately though, we won't see it for Direct Results mode this year or ever. The reason is that the results in DR go straight from craigslist to you. (If you look at the address bar, it's a craigslist.org page you're looking at; our code can't 'see' it at all.) We just point your browser at the appropriate pages to open. So since CL doesn't have a date range filter, there's no way we can add one in that mode.

Thanks, that makes sense. Will give the Combined Results mode a try, good to have another tool at my disposal!
